Domestic violence Clothesline Project with the YWCA
Wednesday, October 22, 2025 (4:30 PM - 6:00 PM)
(EDT)
Description
In support of survivors and victims of domestic violence and October being domestic violence awareness month, please join us! The clothesline project was created in the 1990s to raise awareness for those who were harmed by men who abused them. Presently we use this moment to provide a space for survivors, friends and families to share their stories on t-shirts. No names are required on the displayed t-shirts. We use the shirts for raising awareness by hanging them up throughout the community once they're designed. Please join us in designing a t-shirt! Let's raise our voices for folks who are unable in doing so!
