New England Equine Rescue North is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization located in West Newbury, MA dedicated to saving local horses, donkeys, and mules from throughout New England whose lives are at risk. NEER also works with horse owners to help them avoid crisis situations, networks with other rescues, and educates the public about equine abuse and rescue.
