Dana Pignato's immersion in the restaurant industry began in childhood, making his progression into food and hospitality a natural path. His expansive career portfolio reflects this lifelong dedication, encompassing ownership roles in diverse ventures—from corporate franchising and beloved breakfast diners to specialized ice cream parlors. Dana's focus remains on identifying and capitalizing on the next significant opportunity in the culinary landscape.

Peter Ahn's journey into hospitality commenced early, starting as a high school freshman working for a major corporate franchise. Although he spent several years in electronics manufacturing, his deep-seated passion for independent restaurant ownership eventually led him back to the industry. Seizing a franchising opportunity, Peter successfully launched multiple locations, later diversifying his portfolio by adding a successful breakfast diner.

Now, Dana Pignato and Peter Ahn have joined forces to bring a dynamic new eatery to Haverhill. With a combined residency of over 25 years in the city, the partnership is driven by a shared desire to give back to the community they know and love.
